i love you! you're beautiful!
Haha, my students are very kind. I don't necessarily believe them, but it's fun to hear "I love you!" and "You're beautiful!" on a daily basis. As in - like a dozen times a day. The "you're beautiful" stuff comes from both the girls and the guys, but the "I love you!" stuff is solely the fellows. I think the girls aren't quite as silly, ha. They'll say this stuff between classes, during class, as I pass them on the street after school, etc. Doesn't matter where or when. The students are actually all pretty cool - some don't want to work, sure, but even the kids that don't pay much attention in class are nice if I come up and talk to them afterwards. I've only dealt with a few that are unfriendly and uninterested -- and I have their class today. Not looking forward to it too much, ha. Maybe they'll get better with time, we'll see.

Lol! That is adorable! I knew you would get some high school guys crushin on you, and well said of them - you ARE beautiful =) I hope your other class comes around
ReplyDeletehaha : ) thanks muchly -- for the compliment and for the wish that my other class turns over a new leaf ... Yesterday they were somewhat better than before, but still reluctant. Don't know what to do with them! But I'll figure it out, ha.
ReplyDelete=) Maybe you'll be like that one asian (can't remember if it was korean or japanese) where the teacher is a woman who is the daughter of a mafia boss (or the successor.. can't remember) and she has to teach the delinquent class of high school kids.
